What We Do

We pool capital for investments and loans and manage the pools based on pre-specified criteria and objectives.

We evaluate direct purchase investment opportunities, primarily in real estate. In this regard, we assess buy-hold-sell, buy-develop-sell, flip, fix and flip, and build-buy-leaseback opportunities. If an opportunity is deemed attractive, we invest via a pre-funded pool that has objectives consistent with the best yield/return strategy determined for that opportunity.

We also act as lead arranger in syndicated loans, providing our investors with attractive, predictable yields and risk-mitigating securitization.
